We want you to love your CoolBreeze product. If you are not satisfied, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@coolbreezecanada.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at info@coolbreezecanada.com.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.
