Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for Canadian orders over $35 CAD.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our website or directly via the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped within Canada, no customs fees apply. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and are beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@coolbreezecanada.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo or video of the issue, and a brief description. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at info@coolbreezecanada.com with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
